Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
  • Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times
  • Assist with light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Help clients with mobility issues, including lifting and transferring
  • Follow resident rights guidelines and promote a respectful and inclusive environment
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in personal care or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of Mental Health disorders and Traumatic Brain Injuries is a plus
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects or individuals as required
