Job Summary:
Are you a caring individual looking for a rewarding career? We are hiring Personal Care Assistants to provide high-quality, non-medical care and companionship to seniors and individuals with disabilities. No medical background or prior certifications required—we provide all necessary training! This role strictly focuses on non-skilled daily living support, ensuring our clients can maintain their independence at home.
Key Responsibilities:
Companionship:
Providing conversation, emotional support, and mental stimulation.
Personal Care Support:
Assisting with non-medical daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
Light Housekeeping:
Helping with laundry, washing dishes, vacuuming, and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.
Meal Preparation:
Planning and cooking nutritious meals according to client preferences or dietary guidelines.
Errands & Transportation:
Assisting with grocery shopping, running essential errands, or accompanying clients to appointments.
Mobility Assistance:
Helping clients safely transfer, walk, or move around their homes.

Must be 18 years of age or older. Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality. Ability to pass a background check. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to [e.g., 25-50] lbs to assist clients safely. No prior experience required, but a background in caregiving, hospitality, or customer service is a plus!
