Description:
Join Our Team as a House Manager! The Arc Western Montana is hiring a House Manager for our Spurgin Group Home , supporting five residents with developmental disabilities and a variety of behavioral and medical needs. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is organized, dependable, compassionate and great with details . You'll work alongside Direct Support Professionals and a dedicated Program Administrator to keep the home running smoothly while helping our clients live active, meaningful lives. The residents at Spurgin enjoy Griz games, outdoor activities, community outings and helping out around the house . We're looking for someone who can provide structure and consistency while encouraging independence.
What We Offer:
Starting Pay:
$22.00 per hour Increase to $23.00 an hour upon successful completion of paid training and certifications Paid Training including First Aid, CPR, Mandt, and Medication Certification Stable Monday - Friday schedule with consistent hours Opportunities for advancement and professional growth Benefits (for Full-Time Employees): Up to 3 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) annually Medical & Dental insurance starting at $95/month Vision & Life Insurance 403(b) Retirement Plan with up to 3.5% company match Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
Your Role :
Provide direct care and support with daily living needs Coordinate medical appointments, medications, healthcare needs, and follow-up Keep accurate medical, behavioral, and program documentation Support and train Direct Support Professionals Maintain appropriate professional boundaries Support clients with outings, Griz games, outdoor activities, and other interests Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home Manage household inventory, petty cash, and spend-downs Ready to make a difference? Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who is highly organized, dependable and comfortable taking ownership. Caregiving, healthcare, developmental disability, behavioral support, or supervisory experience is strongly preferred. In addition, you should be: Comfortable coordinating medical needs and communicating with healthcare providers Confident setting clear and respectful boundaries Able to provide direction and support to staff Compassionate and comfortable working with behavioral and medical needs A strong communicator and team player Able to pass a background check and drug screening as required by Montana law Have at least 5 years of driving experience with a record acceptable to our insurer
