Job Overview:

3rd Shift We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide essential care and support to elders with dementia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in caregiving, patient care, and medical records management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Administer medication under the direction of healthcare professionals
• Help with household chores and meal preparation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each client
• Monitor changes in clients' health status and report any concerns to the appropriate medical personnel
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for clients

Experience:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Prior experience in caregiving, patient care, or related fields
• Knowledge of working with people with dementia
• Familiarity with caregiving systems and protocols
• Experience in home care settings is a plus
