Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need, promoting their independence and well-being.Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication reminders
- Support individuals in community integration and participation in social activities
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents
- Document individual progress and any incidents in accordance with regulations
- Advocate for resident rights and provide emotional support
Experience:
- Experience in patient care or senior care is preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and resident rights
- Ability to lift and perform heavy lifting tasks
- Background in nursing, social work, or related field is a plus
