Available Positions Job 1: Located in Raleigh, 26. 5 Hours weekly.

Schedule:

Monday (9-3:30), Tuesday (11-3), Wednesday (9-2), Thursday (9-3), Friday (10:30-3). Job 2: Located in East Raleigh (Near Willow Spring), Monday-Friday 2:15-6:15. Candidates with experience working with visually impaired Clients are encouraged to apply. Job 3: Located in North Raleigh, Monday-Friday 8am-12pm. Candidates who are available for morning shifts with different set hours, please apply. Candidates with experience working with visually impaired Clients are encouraged to apply. Overview We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or autism in their daily living activities. Living With Autism, INC is a provider agency for individuals with developmental disabilities with 2 residential facilities for young men with severe autism and we also have a day program for adults. Currently we have an opening for our Day Program and periodic services . Living With Autism, INC is dedicated to empowering individuals with autism and developmental disabilities to live meaningful, independent lives. We are currently seeking caring and dependable individuals to join our team. The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides assistance, supervision, and support to individuals with autism in daily living activities, skill development, and community inclusion.

Responsibilities include:

Support individuals in daily routines, recreational activities, and community outings Encourage independence, communication, and social skills Assist with personal care and behavioral support as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and individual support plans Completing the new hire trainings as required Medication administration (Possible) Required skills and documents for this job are: US citizen Valid driver's license Active car insurance High school/GED minimum 18 years of age or older Active Patience Has thorough understanding of Autism and other developmental disabilities Reliable transportation CPR 1st Aid (can train onsite) Minimum 2 years with the population served
