Elevated Hope Services Job description: We are urgently hiring dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for in a Level III Youth Group Home. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, compassionate, and able to start immediately. Please do not apply if you don't want to work.Needed Shifts:
Mon-Friday evenings 3pm-11pm, Relief Mon-Fri 6pm-9pm, PRN assist as needed due to company needs, vacation and callouts.Weekends:
Day & Evening shifts available Responsibilities Supervise and support youth in a group home setting Maintain safety, structure, and emotional support Assist with hygiene, routines, meals, and activities Help with medication administration (training provided) Transport youth to appointments and outings Document daily notes and behaviors Use de-escalation and behavior management techniques Work as part of a supportive care team Assist with cleanliness of the home Preferred Certifications (Not Required) CPR/First Aid Medication Administration NCI (Nonviolent Crisis Intervention) Applicants with these certifications may be prioritized. If you do not have certifications the company will pay to train you.
