Role:
As a Home Care Aide, you'll provide essential, hands-on support to individuals in the comfort of their homes. You'll be a vital part of our clients' lives, helping them maintain their dignity, independence, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing) Prepare nutritious meals tailored to client needs Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversations Support with mobility, including lifting when needed Light housekeeping to ensure a clean, safe home Provide specialized support for developmental disabilities or memory care Collaborate with nurses and care teams Document care activities and client progress accurately
What We're Looking For:
Experience in home care, assisted living, or hospice (preferred) Empathy and excellent interpersonal skills Ability to lift and support clients safely CPR/First Aid certification (a plus, but not required to apply) Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility in availability Why Join Us?
