Duties Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and observe patient conditions, including vital signs and overall health status, reporting changes promptly Administer medication Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and cleaning to promote a safe and hygienic environment Use patient transfer methods to prevent injury during mobility assistance Skills Strong patient observation skills with the ability to recognize changes in condition or behavior Proven experience working with seniors Knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration procedures, and home health care regulations Gentle caring spirit Ability to perform CPR and First Aid confidently; certification preferred but not required upon hire Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams Physical stamina for lifting , patient transfers

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
