Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Personal Care Assistant to provide exceptional support and care to individuals in private homes. In this vital role, you will assist clients with daily activities, monitor their health and safety, and promote their independence and well-being. Your energetic approach and genuine empathy will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve. This paid position offers an opportunity to work closely with diverse populations, including seniors, individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, dementia, or those receiving hospice or home health care. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing personal spaces Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance clients' mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation Qualifications Prior experience working in with disabled adults Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care, hospice care, and working with individuals with disabilities or developmental disorders such as autism is advantageous Current TB Test Result Excellent communication skills for collaborating effectively with team members and families Compassionate attitude combined with patience, flexibility, and a positive approach toward caregiving responsibilities Must have reliable transportation Join us in making a difference through dedicated caregiving! $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
