We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team and help participants build independence, develop skills, and engage socially in a supportive, structured, and empowering environment . Position Details Part Time, Monday - Friday, 20 hours per week.

Please describe your experience working with individuals that are in the IDD populations. Also describe your experience working in a residential setting. Please include organizations that you worked for, volunteered for, and/or personal experience that you have. Are you comfortable assisting individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) after receiving training? These tasks may include but are not limited to: Personal Care, Mobility Support, Meal Preparation & Feeding, Toileting & Continence Care, and/or Household Tasks. Would you be comfortable performing these essential duties as part of your role?
Training Requirements:
This position requires successful completion of four paid training days (including Onboarding, in-person CPR/First Aid or Safety Care sessions, and one at-home Relias module). Training days may not be consecutive, and travel up to one hour may be required depending on the location. Compensation is provided if travel is required and attendance is confirmed. All training must be completed prior to starting your official schedule. Are you able to meet these training requirements?
