Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Duties Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility using tools like Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices Monitor vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiration rate, and temperature; accurately document findings. Assisting with ADL services Maintain a safe environment by adhering to infection control standards, including universal precautions and infectious disease protocols Requirements Valid certification as a CNA or PCA; additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred Demonstrated ability to work with individuals with disabilities or developmental delays; experience in geriatrics or behavioral health is a plus Strong communication skills combined with a compassionate approach to patient care Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting patients using Hoyer lifts or similar equipment Join our team if you are passionate about providing exceptional patient service and eager to grow your skills within a supportive environment.
