Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Group Home Worker to join LIFE, Inc. - Wilmington in Supply, NC. In this role, you will help support and care for clients in a group home setting. You will assist with daily activities, ensure their safety, and help them participate in community and program activities. This is a 3rd shift full-time position paying $17.50 per hour, paid every two weeks. Responsibilities Help clients with dressing, bathing, toileting, and other personal care tasks. Support clients during meals and encourage family-style dining. Help clients with housekeeping like laundry, cleaning, and yard work. Assist clients with preparing meals and taking nutritional supplements. Help clients take their prescribed medication safely. Follow and support diet plans and use adaptive equipment as needed. Follow behavior plans and safety rules, and collect data as required. Help clients with training and service goals by recording progress. Work as part of a team, sharing important client information with supervisors. Drive and supervise clients during transportation in company vehicles. Support clients during community outings, school, and day programs. Requirements High school diploma or GED. A valid North Carolina driver's license. Must be 21 years of age or older.
