We also offer additional pay increases for completion of specific on-site agency training and certification. We provide residential services to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, with the goal of developing life skills and providing community integration. Our Direct Support Professionals are key to supporting our residents as they take part in community activities and events, as well as living meaningfully lives. We are now offering several shift incentives. Including… Paid Training 2nd shift differential 3rd shift differential Weekend differential Pay increase available with completion of additional training within introductory period! Job Requirements Activities of Daily Living (including bathing and personal care) Community activities Documentation of individualized programs Data collection Transporting residents to appointments/activities in a company vehicle Cleaning and supervision This position requires a High School Diploma, with the preferred qualification of previous experience care-giving/disability services.
