Direct Support Professional (DSP) -
First Shift BlueWest Opportunities Schedule:
First Shift, 6:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

Our residential services focus on developing life skills, promoting community inclusion, and supporting each person in living a meaningful and fulfilling life. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing and personal care Encourage independence and participation in individualized programs Support residents during community activities, events, and appointments Document services and collect required program data Transport residents using an agency vehicle Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment Provide appropriate supervision based on each resident's individual needs Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous caregiving or disability-services experience preferred Compassionate, dependable, and committed to person-centered support Ability to complete required agency training and certifications What We Offer Paid training Stable and meaningful employment Additional pay increases for completing designated agency training and certifications during the introductory period Second-shift, third-shift, and weekend differentials when applicable Opportunities to help individuals become more independent and engaged in their communities BlueWest Opportunities is an Equal Opportunity Employer and maintains a Drug-Free Workplace (DFWP) .
