When primary caregivers are sick or unable to make their regular shift, you step in to ensure client care remains seamless, safe, and uninterrupted. We are seeking responsive, highly flexible caregivers with reliable transportation who thrive in an adaptable environment and prioritize clear communication.
Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate:
$14.00 - $16.00 / hour

What You'll Do Fill-In & Emergency Coverage:
Step in on short notice to cover open shifts and backup needs across our service areas.
Personal Care:
Provide seamless care including bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, toileting, and mobility assistance.
Household & Companionship:
Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, assist with laundry, and offer comforting companionship.
Monitoring & Compliance:
Record vital signs, observe self-administered medications, report health changes, and accurately track visits via our mobile app. What We Look For Must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED Authorized to work in the U.S.

Prompt responsiveness via phone or app
Extremely Reliable Transportation:
Ability and willingness to travel to client homes
Reliable Smartphone:
Required for shift notifications, scheduling, and state-compliant visit verification

•Training is provided for Care-Partners™ to receive $16 hourly. For administration purposes, $2 hourly of the $16 hourly is tied to compliant data submission required by the state. The additional $2 are tied to successful completion of the fill-in visit
