MH/DD/SAS

is hiring a dependable and compassionate Community Support Technician to provide one-on-one Community Living and Supports services and Respite services for an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role helps the person supported build independence, participate in meaningful activities, and work toward personal goals in a safe, respectful, and person-centered manner. Key Responsibilities Provide individualized support in home and community-based settings. Assist with daily living needs while promoting dignity, choice, safety, and independence. Teach, model, and reinforce habilitative and independent-living skills based on the person's goals and service plan. Support participation in meaningful community activities and social opportunities. Document services accurately and in accordance with agency requirements. Communicate professionally with the person supported, family members, supervisors, and the support team, as appropriate.
