You'll:

Provide one-on-one support for individuals Assist with personal care, hygiene, and daily living activities Monitor health needs (vitals, medication administration, G-tube care) Encourage new skills, hobbies, and independence Reinforce positive behaviors and social engagement Provide transportation for community activities Celebrate progress toward personal goals You'll be a coach, cheerleader, advocate, and support system — all rolled into one.
