Schedule:
Hours available from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday

  • Excellent Benefits The Vocational Training Center (VTC) of Fargo, ND is now searching for candidates with a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences to join our team as full-time Direct Support Professionals (DSP).
Responsibilities of this position will include: Providing guidance to and actively engaging with adults who have intellectual/developmental disabilities in a variety of vocational and social settings Accompanying individuals to off-site activities Assisting individuals with personal care responsibilities and administering medications based on individual needs Supervising crews on and off-site performing a number of different vocational services Maintaining flexibility and composure in an ever-changing work environment Completing the competency-based modules as dictated by the North Dakota Department of Human Service, Developmental Disabilities Division. Other duties not listed above may be assigned.
Required:
Must be at least 18 years old Current driver's license
Preferred:
Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
