Job Description

Job Overview True Care Center LLC is a new home care agency serving Walsh and surrounding counties including Ramsey, Traill, Grand Forks, and Pembina, providing non-medical personal care to individuals through North Dakota's Medicaid program. Depending on your location, you may serve clients in your own county or neighboring areas — mileage reimbursement is provided for all travel to client homes. We're building our founding team of caregivers and looking for compassionate, reliable people to join us. Already helping care for a family member or friend with daily activities — bathing, dressing, meals, mobility? You may be able to get paid for the care you're already providing, as our employee. Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Help with mobility and transferring (getting in/out of bed, chairs) Assist with eating and meal-time support Provide light housekeeping related to the client's living space Prepare meals according to client preferences and dietary needs Offer medication reminders (not administration) Provide companionship and respectful, dignified support throughout each visit Qualifications
CNA/RN/LPN
preferred 18 years old or older Reliable, compassionate, and dependable Ability to pass a background screening Willingness to complete a state-required competency evaluation (we help set this up — no cost or hassle on your end) Valid driver's license preferred No prior professional caregiving experience required — if you've cared for a family member or friend, that experience counts What We Offer Competitive pay: $17-$21/hour Flexible scheduling Paid orientation Mileage reimbursement Safety equipment provided Real opportunities for advancement as our agency grows Please note: True Care Center LLC is a new agency currently completing state Medicaid enrollment. We are actively hiring now to finalize that process as required. Start dates are anticipated within 2-4 weeks of hire and will be coordinated with each candidate individually.
Pay:
$17.00 - $21.00 per hour
