Pay:

$18.00-$21.00 per hour, based on experience and assignment. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal-care needs. Provide safe mobility and walking assistance within the caregiver's training and the client's approved care plan. Provide companionship, conversation, social engagement, and meaningful activities. Support seniors living with dementia or memory loss through patient, respectful, person-centered care. Prepare simple meals and assist with eating when included in the client's care plan. Provide medication reminders only as authorized in the care plan; caregivers do not administer medications. Perform light housekeeping related to the client's daily living needs, including laundry, dishes, changing linens, and maintaining an organized living environment. Provide respite and supervision so family caregivers can take needed breaks. Follow each client's individualized care plan and document completed services accurately in Kinbound's care system. Observe and promptly report changes, concerns, incidents, or safety issues to Kinbound management. Maintain client privacy, dignity, independence, preferences, and professional boundaries. Follow Kinbound safety, infection-control, documentation, attendance, and care policies. What We're Looking For We're looking for caregivers who are dependable, compassionate, patient, and genuinely interested in helping older adults live well at home. Previous experience in home care, personal care, senior care, dementia/memory care, assisted living, long-term care, or a related caregiving environment is preferred. Candidates should have strong communication skills, good judgment, reliable attendance, and the ability to follow an individualized care plan while treating every client and family with dignity and respect. Experience supporting individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease is especially valued. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to successfully complete required background and registry screenings. Ability to complete Kinbound's required orientation and caregiver training. Ability to safely perform the physical responsibilities of the assigned position. Reliable means of getting to and from scheduled client visits. Ability to use a smartphone/mobile application for scheduling, visit documentation, and timekeeping. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred; requirements can be addressed during onboarding based on assignment and program requirements.
