Job Description

New Hampshire Home Care Providers, LLC is hiring dependable and compassionate Personal Home Care Helpers to assist individuals in their own homes throughout the Concord area and surrounding New Hampshire communities.
Starting pay:
$19.00 per hour Full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexible day, evening, and weekend schedules. Make a Difference in Someone's Life As a Personal Home Care Helper, sometimes called a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide non-medical assistance that helps older adults, veterans, adults with disabilities, and individuals recovering from an illness or surgery remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required. If you are dependable, compassionate, and genuinely interested in helping others, we will provide the training you need. Responsibilities Depending on the client's individual care plan, you may: Assist with light housekeeping and household organization Prepare meals and assist with meal planning Complete laundry and change bed linens Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with grocery shopping and errands Provide medication reminders Accompany clients to appointments or community activities Observe and report changes in a client's condition or home environment Follow individualized care plans and agency policies Experience We welcome applicants from many different backgrounds, including: Customer service Retail Hospitality Housekeeping Food service Childcare Home care Healthcare support Other positions involving service to or assistance for others Previous professional caregiving experience is not required.
Qualifications Applicants must:
Be at least 18 years old Have a valid State of New Hampshire driver's license Have reliable transportation Be able to travel to clients' homes Be dependable and able to work independently Have strong communication and interpersonal skills A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
