In this role, you will: Provide daily living assistance with tasks like dressing, meal preparation, and personal hygiene. Support individual in their home. Provide transportation to appointments and community outings. Help individuals develop life skills and achieve their goals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to build rapport and trust with individuals with IDD. A willingness to learn and adapt to individual needs. A high school diploma or equivalent. Valid state issued driver's license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration. Access to a reliable vehicle. The ability to pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies Must be able to provide 2 professional references.Benefits
