We are hiring both full and part time employees 7 days a week. There are several shifts currently available and a flexible schedule. It is possible for advancement for hard working individuals. We strive for a fun atmosphere and work environment! Some shifts will be very fast paced. Aroma Joe's Baristas are in the business of creating a memorable experience for our customers. Our Baristas provide a personalized customer experience that is always upbeat, lively, fun, and energetic. Aroma Joe's has opportunities for baristas to advance locally and beyond. Many of our managers/team leads are promoted from within. Advancement includes shift lead, assistant team lead, and team lead at the store level. Please be sure to inquire with us about these opportunities. Our goal is to provide consistency and to make sure everyone you greet leaves happy. Duties, include but are not limited to. Drink Making

• making high quality drinks, fast and accurate! Customer Service
• responsible for making every customer's experience the absolute best by being happy, friendly, knowing the menu, and moving the line quickly Communication
• effectively communicate with other baristas, team lead, customers, etc. Cleaning
• maintaining a highly sanitary work area Problem Solving
• understanding that the customers might want to change their usual drink, so asking questions and giving related suggestions is essential.
