Job Description
Resident Assistant Taylor Community is looking for an experienced Resident Assistant to join our Assisted Living team! As a Resident Assistant, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by providing compassionate, person-centered care and helping them maintain their health, independence, and quality of life. What You'll Do Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care Follow each resident's established plan of care Observe and report changes in resident conditions Document resident care according to Taylor Community standards Encourage socialization and participation in activities Assist with laundry and light housekeeping Supervise residents with self-administration of medications Work every other weekend What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Previous Resident Assistant or caregiving experience preferred Strong communication and observation skills Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions Ability to safely assist with resident transfers and emergency evacuations Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to work with older adults Interested in growing your career?
