Job Summary 1:1 Direct Support Staff - Greater Manchester Area Seeking an experienced, dependable 1:1 Direct Support Staff to support an adult male in the Greater Manchester area. He enjoys fishing, gardening, and being active in the community , so we're looking for someone energetic, engaging, and ready to make each day meaningful. What we're looking for:

• Firm but caring approach
• Fun personality with a good sense of humor
• Ability to work independently and follow a structured schedule without supervision
• Reliable and punctual
• 2+ years experience supporting adults with IDD required
• Reliable vehicle, valid car insurance, and ability to pass all background checks
• Must be willing to travel from Manchester to Nashua at least once a week

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-3:00

PM Pay:

$21/hour + mileage reimbursement
