PART-TIME MEMORY CARE ASSISTANT
Langdon Place of Nashua Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors living with memory loss? Langdon Place of Nashua is seeking a compassionate, patient, and energetic Part-Time Memory Care Assistant to join our dedicated team. In this rewarding role, you'll help create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for residents while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life through meaningful interactions and activities.
Compensation:
$17-$20 based on experience. Being an LNA is
Plus Schedule:
Part-Time Flexible weekday and weekend availability Opportunity for additional hours
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting residents with daily activities and engagement Leading and participating in therapeutic and recreational activities Providing companionship and emotional support Encouraging resident independence while ensuring safety Assisting with meal service and hydration as needed Observing and reporting changes in resident condition or behavior Supporting residents with memory impairment using person-centered care approaches Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Working collaboratively with nursing and interdisciplinary team members
Qualifications:
LNA License is a plus Previous experience in memory care, assisted living, healthcare preferred Compassionate, patient, and dependable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dementia care experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
