Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct care including bathing, toileting, meals, and mobility support Assist individuals in developing communication, social, and life skills Ensure safety and well-being of all residents Support participation in community activities and events Complete household tasks like meal prep, laundry, and cleaning Follow personalized care plans and actively contribute to goal achievement Advocate for individuals' needs and rights Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care Document activities accurately and maintain required records
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license (willing to drive passenger van) Medication Administration Certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Basic computer skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to support others
