Key Responsibilities Provide direct care and assistance with daily living activities Support individuals in developing communication, social, and life skills Ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals under your care Encourage participation in community activities and outings Follow individualized care plans and contribute to personal goal achievement Advocate for the individuals you support Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care Accurately document activities and maintain required records Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and willingness to drive a passenger van Medication Administration Certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Basic computer skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate, reliable, and motivated to support others Why Join Us?
