As a Personal Care Assistant at Eminence Home Care, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals who need assistance with daily activities. Your support will empower them to maintain their independence in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily personal care routines, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Help with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety. Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations. Support with meal planning and preparation based on dietary needs. Perform light housekeeping duties and ensure a clean living environment.

Shifts Available:

Various shifts including full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling options. Requirements Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a related role preferred. Strong empathy and a genuine desire to help others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, punctual and possess strong organizational skills. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations and a negative TB test. High school diploma or GED required. Proven ability to work independently while also being part of a team. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
