We are seeking a caring Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one supports in their home and community.

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday 3:30 PM - 6:30

Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and positive support. Assist in heating up clients dinner. Take client grocery shopping one day per week. Encourage independence and social engagement. Ensure the individual's safety and well-being. Follow the individual's support plan while creating a fun, engaging experience.

Qualifications:

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance. Must pass required background checks and complete NJ DDD-required training. Dependable, patient, and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills.
