Job Description
Join our team of caring professionals supporting a female with developmental disabilities in Basking Ridge, NJ. We are seeking a female DSP to provide companionship & support on Mondays-Thursdays 4pm-9pm. If you are compassionate, dependable and committed to empowering others, we would love to meet you.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist individuals with their daily living skills, while encouraging their independence and building a positive relationship. Provide hands on assistance with personal hygiene, grooming, feeding and medication administration when required. Completion of required documentation; Communicate the progress and needs of the client effectively in your documentation., Transport clients to community outings or scheduled appointments. Maintain CPR and First Aid certification Support client to maintain a clean and safe living environment. Stay up to date on required trainings through College of Direct Support. Report to work as scheduled Adhere to all 3A Care policies and procedures. Must be minimum 18 years of age Valid driver's license with no more than 5 points High School Diploma/ equivalent Authorization to work in the US Self-motivated team players with a positive, energetic and professional demeanor are highly preferred; Must be able to complete all required Division of Developmental Disabilities training and successfully maintain trainings Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills .What we offer:
