Amazing U Community Services is looking for caring and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. This is a rewarding opportunity to empower others while building a fulfilling career. Position Type Part-Time Per Diem Flexible Schedule Responsibilities Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal care, hygiene, and meal preparation. Assist with light housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment. Support individuals with cooking and meal planning. Provide companionship and emotional support. Accompany individuals to community outings, appointments, and recreational activities. Support individuals in achieving goals outlined in their service plans. Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Current CPR and First Aid Certification required. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. Reliable transportation required. Valid driver's license and auto insurance preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must successfully complete background checks and required trainings.
