  • $19.25Hourly, Direct Support Professional (DSP)
  • Bergen County Make a difference in people's lives every day! We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Part Time
  • Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide on-site behavioral health care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
The DSP plays a critical role in fostering a safe, therapeutic, and family-like environment where residents can thrive and achieve greater independence.
Current Open Shift:
Part Time
  • Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
What You'll Do:
Assist with daily living skills and personal care Administer medication and document services Support medical appointment and community recreational activities Maintain a safe, structured, home-like environment Maintain documentation on significant behavioral changes and notable incidents Act as a liaison and advocate for individuals and their families, facilitating access to community resources Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, EIHAB policies, and safety standards
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED 2 years related work or life experience Valid NJ Driver's License with good driving record (3 years' history) Must be 21+ years old Ability to complete required trainings (CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, etc.) Ability to pass drug screening, background check, and CARI check If you are caring, dependable, and ready to positively impact lives — apply today!
