The mission of 3A Homecare Agency is to ensure that persons with developmental disabilities who participate in our program receive services that meet their individual needs by providing a planned combination of diagnostic treatment, and habilitation services. 3A Care provides education and training to individuals to acquire the skills and experience needed to participate in the community, consistent with the participant's Service Plan. This may include activities to support participants with building problem-solving skills, self-help, social skills, adaptive skills, daily living skills, and leisure skills. Activities and environments are designed to foster the acquisition of skills, building positive social behavior and interpersonal competence, greater independence and personal choice.

Job Responsibilities:

Support individuals in developing life skills, such as communication, social interaction, and personal organization. Facilitate participation in group activities, classes, and community outings. Encourage independence while providing appropriate assistance. Use person-centered approaches to help individuals meet their Individual Service Plan (ISP) goals Prepare, organize and ensure cleanliness for daily activities Participate in IDT meetings when necessary Effectively record clients progress and documentations according to DDD requirements. Maintain CPR and First Aid certification Attend all required training and provides Human Resources with updated personal information as mandated Complies with all standards to assure the health and safety of all staff and clients we serve. Report to work as scheduled Self -motivated, team players with a positive, energetic and professional demeanor are highly preferred

Requirements:

Must be minimum 18 years of age Must have a valid Driver's license High School Diploma/ equivalent Authorization to work in the US Self-motivated team players with a positive, energetic and professional demeanor are highly preferred; Must be able to complete all required Division of Developmental Disabilities training and successfully maintain trainings Must have excellent written and verbal communication skill What we offer:
