Position Overview We are seeking experienced Live‑In Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to support clients with personal care, light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep and companionship. This role is critical in helping clients maintain safety, comfort, and independence in their homes. Qualifications Active New Jersey CHHA certification Minimum 1 year of relevant caregiving experience Ability to pass a background check Valid photo ID Driver's license (optional) 1‑Step PPD completed within the past year Strong commitment to delivering compassionate, client‑centered care Key Responsibilities Follow individualized care plans Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with ADLs and IADLs Perform light housekeeping Prepare meals Complete laundry and linen changes Document and report changes in client condition Provide medication reminders Maintain accurate daily activity logs Communicate with supervisor as needed Attend paid orientation, training, and staff meetings Benefits Competitive compensation Paid sick leave and vacation Referral bonus program Performance bonus opportunities Paid orientation and ongoing training This franchise is independently owned and operated.
