Responsibilities:
Provide personalized 1:1 support to individuals with disabilities over the age of 21. Assist individuals with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and transportation. Foster a safe and supportive environment that promotes independence and empowerment. Implement individualized care plans and behavioral support strategies as directed by supervisors. Engage in meaningful activities and community integration opportunities with individuals to enhance their quality of life.
Requirements:
Responsible, committed, and devoted to providing compassionate care. Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Competitive pay offered. Valid driver's license required for transportation purposes. Willingness to undergo required trainings and certifications provided by the employer.
