What You'll Do You'll provide one-on-one care that helps older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care Prepare meals and provide medication reminders Help with walking and everyday activities Provide companionship and conversation Support clients living with dementia or memory loss Help with light housekeeping and laundry Observe changes and communicate concerns to our nursing team Sometimes the most important part of the job is simply being there for someone who needs you.
