Job Description

Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Middlesex County Make a difference in people's lives every day! We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Part Time - Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide on-site behavioral health care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. The DSP plays a critical role in fostering a safe, therapeutic, and family-like environment where residents can thrive and achieve greater independence.
Current Open Shift :
Part Time - Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
What You'll Do:
Assist with daily living skills and personal care Administer medication and document services Support medical appointment and community recreational activities Maintain a safe, structured, home-like environment Maintain documentation on significant behavioral changes and notable incidents Act as a liaison and advocate for individuals and their families, facilitating access to community resources Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, EIHAB policies, and safety standards High School Diploma or GED 2 years related work or life experience Valid NJ Driver's License with good driving record (3 years' history) Must be 21+ years old Ability to complete required trainings (CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, etc.) Ability to pass drug screening, background check, and CARI check If you are caring, dependable, and ready to positively impact lives — apply today !
