Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily living tasks (bathing, dressing, meals) Support behavior plans and encourage positive behavior Assist with transportation to appointments and community activities Keep a clean and safe home environment Work closely with care teams to implement personalized support plans Offer companionship and emotional support

Requirements:

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Understanding of behavior management and HIPAA compliance Basic first aid and vital sign monitoring Strong communication and teamwork skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must use your own car.
