Role Overview:

As a Certified Home Health Aide at FirstLight Home Care of Piscataway, you will be responsible for providing personal care and assisting with activities of daily living for clients in their homes. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Client Care Coordinator and RN Manager to ensure our clients receive compassionate support that empowers them to maintain their independence and quality of life. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general attention to the non-medical needs of the client(s) following an established Service Plan/Care Plan. Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, toileting, and other daily living activities. Assist clients with mobility and physical support as needed. Promote client independence and respect their dignity while providing care. Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Current State Certification as a Home Health Aide. Compassionate mindset with a desire to care for others. Ability to work independently and make decisions in the best interest of the client. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time or Part-Time and may include shifts on weekdays and weekends.

This is an on-site position based in Somerset, New Jersey, and surrounding areas including

Areas:

Edison, Highland Park, Middlesex, New Brunswick, Piscataway, Somerset , Bound Brook , and South Plainfield.

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
