About the Role Are you passionate about creating joyful, inclusive experiences for adults with developmental disabilities? We're looking for a compassionate, energetic Group Activity Direct Support Professional (DSP) to lead and support our Saturday group programs that promote social connection, skill-building, and community participation. As a DSP, you'll be a vital part of our team—facilitating group activities, fostering independence, and ensuring each participant feels valued, safe, and empowered. Key Responsibilities Lead and support group activities in our Saturday community outings. Encourage social interaction, communication, and teamwork among participants. Provide respectful, person-centered support tailored to individual needs. Assist with transportation, mobility, and personal care as needed. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and fun environment Document participation, progress, and any incidents per agency protocols. Collaborate with team members, families, and supervisors to enhance programming What We're Looking For Genuine enthusiasm for working with adults with disabilities Experience in direct support, education, recreation, or related fields (preferred but not required) Strong communication, patience, and creativity Ability to assist with mobility, and engage in active programming Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if transporting participants) CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Why Join Us?
