Responsibilities:
Support Account Managers through managing consolidated price list, forecast, providing product documentation, sampling, quotations to customers and proper coordination with other departments such as Regulatory, Quality, Planning, Financial and Customer Service. Coordinate with Customer Service in the manufacturing plant to ensure timely completion of necessary steps for order release. Interact with customer service teams from other regions to harmonize procedures that are common across countries. Analyze the sales tracking reports to ensure compliance with the forecasts, support operations and manage discrepancies or losses to drive sales. Receive and follow-upon customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Ensure all activities are in compliance with customer contracts. Participate in meetings with customers alongside Account Manager to address their needs and concerns. Monitor the level of service through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure high standards are maintained. Strengthen the image of IFF as a key supplier by consistently delivering high quality service and support.
Qualifications:
University degree. 1-3 years in Sales Support experience and/ or manufacturing operations experience. Experience in prioritizing, coordinating and managing several accounts. Experience in working with cross functional teams, multi-tasking and time management, Strong Computer skills: Knowledge in such as Microsoft office, Excel, PPT, Word, SAP.
Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills:
effectively communicate and build customer and internal.
