Requirements Must drive and have a valid driver's license. Must have reliable transportation. Previous experience working as a DSP or supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is required. Must be dependable, patient, compassionate, and professional. Must be able to commit consistently to the agreed-upon schedule. Must complete required background checks, training, and agency onboarding requirements. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one support in the home and community, assist with daily living and independence-building skills, support community and recreational activities, provide appropriate supervision and redirection, follow the individual's NJISP and support plan, and complete required documentation for each shift.
