PM Care Responsibilities:

Wear scrubs during each shift Assist an amputee (below-the-knee) Provide mobility and transfer assistance using a transfer board, wheelchair, and walker Assist with personal care, including bathing/showering, grooming, and dressing Provide toileting assistance and incontinence care Support a client with dementia through patient, compassionate care Communicate clearly with a hearing-impaired client Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition Provide medication reminders Perform light housekeeping and laundry Offer companionship and emotional support Observe and report any changes in the client's condition to the office

Requirements:

Reliable and punctual Experience with personal care, transfers, and dementia care preferred Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor Ability to safely assist with mobility and transfers Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and meet agency hiring requirements CHHA preferred, but not required
