$18.00/hour Home Health Aide (HHA) - PRN Artis Care Rehab and Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will safely escort residents to medical appointments, including dialysis and clinic visits, while providing support and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:

Escort residents to and from medical appointments. Monitor resident safety during transportation and outings. Assist residents in preparing for appointments. Report incidents or concerns promptly to nursing leadership. Represent the facility professionally at all times.

Qualifications:
