Ameriwell Care New Jersey Ameriwell Care is looking for a compassionate, dependable Female DSP to support a 24-year-old female in Lakewood, NJ . We are seeking someone warm, patient, and engaging who can build a genuine, trusting relationship and provide meaningful one-on-one support.
Schedule Needed:
Thursday:
5:00 PM•11:00
PM Friday:
5:00 PM•11:00
PM Saturday:
3:00 PM•11:00
PM Sunday:
12:00 PM•11:00 PM Hours can be a bit flexible for the right fit. This is a great opportunity for a DSP who enjoys creating connection, offering companionship, and helping an individual feel comfortable, supported, and understood. We are looking for someone who can bring a calm, positive presence and truly make a difference in her daily life.
Responsibilities may include:
Providing one-on-one support in the home and community Building a warm, respectful, and supportive relationship Assisting with routines, engagement, and daily activities Encouraging independence, confidence, and community involvement Creating a safe, caring, and positive environment We're looking for someone who is: Kind, patient, and emotionally intuitive Reliable and consistent Comfortable building rapport and meaningful connection Experienced with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred A strong communicator with a caring approach Why Ameriwell Care?
