Key Responsibilities Hands-On ADL Support - Safely assist transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility—always protecting dignity. Home Environment & Infection Control - Change linens, do light laundry, and maintain a hazard-free, sanitized space. Medication & Symptom Monitoring - Provide reminders, observe for changes, and document vitals or red-flag signs for your supervising nurse. Therapeutic Engagement - Read aloud, reminisce, guide range-of-motion exercises, or accompany short walks to boost mental and physical wellness. Accurate Documentation - Record care notes, progress, and concerns in our digital charting system before each shift ends. What You'll Need to Succeed Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide program (HHA certificate). Minimum 1 year of paid home-health or hospice experience. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach clients' homes. CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days). Clear, confident communication and a passion for relationship-centered care.
