Self-Directed Employee/Direct Support Professional - Part-Time position(s)

Location:

Manchester, NJ Seeking a caring, patient and reliable self-directed employee to assist with supporting a woman who lives in her own home with her family. She enjoys arts and crafts, swimming, and animals. She thrives when provided positive and respectful support. This position is ideal for someone who is compassionate and enjoys making a difference in someone's daily life. All training will be provided.

Responsibilities include:

Assistance with daily personal care Supporting communication using an i-pad based communication device Assisting with tube feedings Companionship and support during activities

Qualifications:

Experience with using a Hoyer Lyft Comfortable with performing personal care tasks Reliable transportation Willingness to learn and follow care plan Experience with

Developmental Disabilities and Cerebral Palsy Schedule:

Monday- Friday 4pm-6:30pm or 6:30- 9:00PM Additional coverage needed per diem

Part-time Salary:
