Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assist clients with medication management, including administration and monitoring Support clients with mobility and transfers, including wheelchair and bed mobility Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care Meet all requirements and standards established by the state and federal regulationsRequirements:
Certificate in Home Health Aide training or equivalent 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients safely and efficiently Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered careWhat We Offer:
